De 17-jarige Kouta Hasegawa brengt zijn tweede jaar door op de Hijirikawa High School dag in dag uit met zijn vrienden Yuu Mizuno, Shunsuke Yoshino, Ryo Nishimiya en Seiichiro Minamoto.
