Het toneel speelt zich af in het 19e-eeuwse Londen, in de hoofdstad waar een muur het oosten en westen van het koninkrijk Albion scheidt. Vijf middelbare scholieren, die zich hebben ingeschreven voor de prestigieuze Queens May Fair School, zijn betrokken bij spionageactiviteiten waarbij vermomming, infiltratie, autoachtervolgingen en meer betrokken zijn. Deze meisjes profiteren van hun speciale vaardigheden en vliegen rond in de schaduwwereld.
