Om te ontsnappen aan de stress van zijn zware baan, zoekt de uitgeputte Murata zijn toevlucht in een nabijgelegen honkbalstadion. De spelletjes zijn spannend, maar de echte reden dat hij steeds terugkomt is Ruriko - een gyaru die net zo cool is als het bier dat ze serveert, maar met een hart van goud. Als haar eerste vaste gast ontdekt Murata geleidelijk de warmte achter haar ijzige façade.
