Uryu Kamihate is een middelbare scholier die zich wil inschrijven aan de medische school van de Universiteit van Kyoto. Nadat hij is opgevangen door de hogepriester van het Amagami-heiligdom, krijgt hij te horen dat hij moet trouwen met een van de drie meisjeszusters - Yae, Yuna of Asahi - om in het Amagami-heiligdom te gaan wonen en op een dag te erven. Kamihate zal een van de meisjes moeten overrompelen in dit verhaal over romantiek, vriendschap en plezier.
