Kawai, een jonge politieagente, kan haar werk gewoon niet meer uitstaan. Maar net als ze op het punt staat haar ontslagbrief in te dienen, ontmoet ze het nieuwe hoofd van haar politiebureau. Na enige tijd te hebben doorgebracht met haar nieuwe leidinggevende, die een echt rolmodel voor haar wordt, besluit Kawai nog wat langer bij de politie te blijven.
